GT.M 5.3-003 released

GT.M is a high-performance schemaless database engine, optimized for transaction processing. GT.M is also an application development platform and a compiler for the ANSI/ISO standard M language, which was formerly known as MUMPS.

V5.3-003 is a new release and is available for OpenVMS and other platforms,.

V5.3-003 is a new GT.M release with useful additional functionality. Complete details are in the GT.M V5.3 release notes. Highlights include

  • IO to a process
  • ZSHOW now supports a new code "G" that reports per process global variable statistics
  • Full support for Mapped Memory (MM) database access
  • A permanent fix to the buffer overflow security vulnerability
