Oracle 2008 and 2009 Technical Forums Announced

Dear Oracle Rdb and Oracle Database on OpenVMS Customers, The Oracle Rdb Engineering and Oracle Database on OpenVMS teams are pleased to announce the 2008/09 series of Technical Forums. To better serve the Oracle community running on the OpenVMS platform, we are expanding the Forums this year to include sessions for Oracle Database on OpenVMS as well as Oracle Rdb. Session topics will include: - Business Product Update
- Support Update
- HP OpenVMS Update
- IA64 Performance
- Performance Tuning on IA64
- Security
- Rdb Optimizer Enhancements
- Oracle Database Vault
- Oracle Audit Vault
- ADO.NET and JDBC for Rdb
- Oracle on OpenVMS 10.2.0.4 Update And much more... These Forums are offered at no charge and present a series of sessions conducted by acknowledged technical specialists from our development staff and the Oracle Rdb and Oracle Database on OpenVMS community at large. These Technical Forums should be considered a requirement for anyone wishing to remain up-to-date with all the latest enhancements and optimizations in either of these two product families. September 30-October 1, Nashua, NH, USA Note: Oracle OpenWorld is being held in San Francisco September 21-25. - Asia:
October 6-7, Tokyo, Japan

November 6-7, Stockholm, Sweden
November 10-11, Reading, UK - Australia:
April 15-16 (2009), Sydney We are sending you this mail now so that you can mark your calendars and begin making your plans to attend. In approximately one week, we will be sending you a follow-on mail with the Forum registration information as well as a more complete list of the session topics to be covered at the events. We are very excited to be bringing the 2008/09 Technical Forums to you.
